Welcome to Yin & Yang Yoga with Anja and Smoothie

Start: 08.30 we will take the gondol up

Price 450nok including gondola ticket, yoga class and smoothie

NOK 300 for Raumakort or annual pass holders (yoga session and smoothie)

A certified yoga instructor will guide you through a class in Hatha, Vinyasa, or Yin yoga, with views of the most beautiful mountains. Take care of your body and mind with yoga in truly unique surroundings. We always finish the session with a relaxing meditation.

No prior experience is required – the class is suitable for everyone.
After the session, the kitchen has prepared a delicious, healthy, homemade (vegan) hot chocolate.

You also have the opportunity to go for a mountain hike and/or enjoy a meal at Eggen Restaurant.

The gondola departs every full and half hour, and you can return when it suits you.

After the session,we’ll serve a smoothie.
